Cumbria YFC is part of the National Federation of YFCs which has a huge programme of competitions: including drama, panto, public speaking and all types of sport.
There are 1300 members in 30 clubs throughout Cumbria, split into two districts (Northern and Southern). Most clubs meet fortnightly and have something to offer everyone. Typical club events would be: Hollywood bowling, lazer quest, guest speakers, games and competition evenings.
YFC Clubs are run by the members for the members, which means that YOU get to have YOUR say in what YOU want to do!

New web-based learning tool to reduce CONFUSion about WASTE REGULATIONS
The new NetRegs Agricultural Learning Tool, www.netregs.gov.uk/learning offers farming businesses plain-English guidance on issues relating to the Waste Management Regulations. The tool has been developed in conjunction with the farming community and includes six learning modules to help the user fully understand how to manage farm waste.
