Celebrate the Voluntary Organisations

An invitation from His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Cumbria Mrs Claire Hensman.

County Chairman, Will Longmire and Carlisle YFC member Lewis Walton were honoured to represent all those who volunteer for Cumbria YFC at the HM Lord-Lieutenant of Cumbria Mrs Claire Hensman's reception to recognise the tireless work of voluntary organisations within the county.

Both Will and Lewis have been active volunteers within Cumbria YFC for many years, taking on officer roles within their clubs, mentoring younger members, encouraging others to get involved and helping to make Cumbria YFC the outstanding organisation that it is today.

The reception was held at Sunbeams Music Centre, Penrith on the 29th June 2023.
