Greysouthen Flower Arranging Meeting

On Wednesday 22nd February Greysouthen Young Farmers had a flower arranging meeting, the flowers used were kindly donated by Allison and Judith, for which the club was extremely grateful for.

Allison and Judith were thanked for attending, showing members the ropes and having huge patience with them, whilst members created the arrangements.

On Friday morning Rachel, Emma, Lucy and Rosie donated the flower arrangements to 3 care homes across Cockermouth and Workington.   The young farmers hope the residents and the staff at the care homes love them as much as they loved making them!  

A member of staff from Briarfield Care Home thanked the young farmers for the lovely flowers and said “they put a smile on everyone’s face”.
